My main goal for 2007 is to stay fit and clock a few more PBs.

I would be chuffed if I could get sub 5:30 at Manx Mountain Marathon,
sub 2:50 at London Marathon, and sub 1:50 at Ben Nevis.

I've also got a mental 170km race in Europe planned in September, but I'm not telling anyone what it is until I've entered.

Humbled by finer runners! Only 2 goals, a sub 5hr yomp, not fast but a hurdle for me and a sub 9.5 hour lyke wake. All the rest is training for next year. Most important goal is to keep on enjoying my running.

    1. Four qualifying races in English Championship.
    2. All 6 of Lakeland Classics, failing that at least 3 qualifying races.

And that's about it for running...

Although It'd also be nice to be 5% quicker in races I competed in 2006.
Why walk when you can run.

3 Peaks. Never done it before. I struggle a bit with long runs.

Preparation not going to plan so far. I don't feel anywhere near up to the mark in training and I haven't yet got an entry in but I'll be ok on the day I expect.

Other than that I plan on doing short races.

Oh and a road Marathon by the end of the year.
