The Cyrn-y-Brain Hangover Hobble Fell Race
Thursday 1st Jan 2009 12pm start

Start will be from the Llandegla Visitors Center. Please see http://www.coedllandegla.com/find-us.htm for location.Ample parking at the visitors centre, although please consider car sharing. Excellent hot food/drinks available visitors center café.

6 mile route over forestry tracks and onto rough open moorland. 800ft of ascent.

Wind/Water proof body cover, whistle, map and compass are needed. No kit, no race.

Entry is £4 on day only. (No pre-entries)
Prizes awarded after the race at approx 2:00pm
Please inform a marshal immediately should you decide to retire

The dates have changed yet again due to clashes with Tarren Hendre and Pipe Dream. I can confirm the Dash dates are as follows:
Dash race 1 - 24th Jan Saturday
Dash Race 2 - 7th Feb Saturday
Dash Race 3 - 21st Feb Saturday
Start times are 6pm and all running from Coed Llandegla as per normal.
Hangover Hobble remains unchanged. Read the posts about some links not working. Sorry about that, blame my ISP or upload software.
