Sunstroke after racing in the Lakes yesterday.

Spent yesterday evening and last night in bed shaking, unable to manage the 100 yards down the road from the b&b to the nearest pub.

Did send out for Cumberland sausage, chips and curry sauce though...!

Not as sore as you Travs but a little tingle when the hot shower hit mu bald patch this morning.

Slightly better this morning, managed to sleep through the pain, but still can't put a top on over my shoulders this morning...!

I know its early but someone was always around.

Where has the nice sun gone?He shone through the week while I was in work.Now the weekend has come, he's gone.Been very dry this spring.
