Has someone written the process down for you to do all the telephoning etc....you know a flow diagram or summit. If not blame their lack of instructions, therefore removing any blame from you and making them look inadequate.....if you forgot just keep stumand the someone else was told that they weren't needed! Problem is, I was so taken aback by his attitude this morning, that I found myself saying sorry and getting all tongue tied and wish I had told him where to stick it
