    www.gofar.org.uk - new routes

    As indicated in the latest Fellrunner a few more routes have been added to the site including some mentioned on this forum. They include:

    Dark Peak 15 Trigs - the DPFR classic
    Dales 2000's - Rick Ansell's north and south routes
    Lakes 24 - Chris Upson's BGR alternative
    Lakes 40 - John Fleetwood's BGR alternative
    Meirionnydd Round - a Yiannis Tridimas PBR alternative
    Bowland Dozen - new Over The Hill Challege - open to all ages
    There are now 20 routes on the site. Hope to add another batch in Spring.

    Depends on when you can get an afternoon off !

    Hey I've just heard they are building a bunkbarn at Kirkstone Pass Inn - could be handy! Food and drink could be a bit pricey though from what I remember of last time I was in there.

    It's a classic, a looonnng classic. but definitely a classic. short cuts and tips available for those giving it ago.

    that 15 trigs does look interesting, would not mind recce of some of the legs myself.
    Just been looking on the BG as well, jesus, its impossible
    go play on the m 6, now, how does that sound

    I fancy this as a warm up for the Fellsman so would definately appreciate those.

    Plot the basic route on a map and then I'll give you the short cuts/springs/route choices etc
    Check out the 15 trigs Thread in Long Distance Challenges. I may have already posted some of these, I'm sure the scedule is on there also.

    Always happy to go on Recces.
