    Two Peaks THIS Sunday

Just to avoid the confusion that I probably created on the other thread I have started a new one. I am running?? from Ribblehead at 9am on Sunday going up Whernside and Inglebugger following the walkers 3 peaks route but coming back down Park fell to Ribblehead. about 12 miles total.
Best to park near station opposite the Station Inn if possible. No cake but beer will available in the Station Inn afterwards.

    Well I made it

I think I guessed most of your route Adrian though I included Simon Fell
due to a navigational glitch but as I was enjoying running in the snow
so much I didn't really mind

I could have done with an ice axe ascending Whernside + Ingleborough as
most of the flags had a thick layer of ice on them

Nice pint of Black Sheep in the Station Inn to round the run off

I was up Ingleborough and Park Fell this morning - it was absolutely stunning. The snow was a couple of inches deep over Ingleborough and most of Park Fell and, yes, the ice on the steps off of Ingleborough was lethal. I took this picture from the top of Ingleborough which kind of sets the scene
