And its a damn shame but my journey to work in Leeds has been disrupted. I managed to drive to Hellifield before hitting grid lock - some random bloke told me that there was a two mile queue ahead of me so I suspect that someone pranged and partially blocked the A65. The 7:30 Settle train is cancelled too and my only remaining 'hope'

Can't get off the drive this am nearly totalled the neighbours car trying and lane down to rd like an icing rink, just watched a 4x4 slide into the main rd and had to rush out and stop traffic so it didn't hit anyone.
Supposed to be going to Mansfield today- ho hum perhaps tomorrow
Traffic backed up past our house since before 7:30 when there's usually nothing to be seen. Result = 2 hour journey or stay at home until it clears...

Looking like I am working from home today. (This isn't the most possible thing seeing as the little buggers wont be able to get here!!!) Day off to play in the snow with the look at it at the moment. I did try to get to work. I cleared the car and drove 1k but decided to turn round as its bad.
Enjoy the snow folks and dont forget to check on the old people who live nearby. (Just seen that on the TV, reminds me of Blue Peter and then got me on to thinking about the Blue Peter Advent Crown. Do they stil make this?)
