    Mines more hot pokers in the side of my foot But on the plus side it is better than after Calderdale Way so on the mend. Never been one for patience though/.

    Nice race tho, enjoyed it. I photographe the results just in case although many didn't all come out very well.

    Thanks for all the positive comments folks... Glad you enjoyed the race.

    Judging by the conversations overheard near the finish area, lots of you did.

    Scouse_fellrunner, the grid reference is in the calendar entry which is also on the homepage of this website. Sorry you didn't make it

    Brummy John, I don't sell the food at the pub or set the prices. You all had the choice friend. (Hope that comment won't put anyone off coming in future!!)

    not really but I have been cyclocrossing (badly) today so there is no pressure on it. will find out tommorrow at Ilkley
