Send invite to everyone you know....saying "Be at my house...for such a such time/date...wear whatever you want.
Get an advert for that very house in every paper in the country etc etc etc....have all the do's at the same time...maybe even hold an auction at the end to sell the house...everyone will be pizzed so you'll sell it easy.
My invoice is on its way.
