    Talking Al's knee supports

What the heck is wrong with 'both' your knees Al to need to wear a pair of supports? Maybe your legs are still too spindlely . You kind of remind me of Forrest Gump running in calipers.

(Only joshing by the way - you're already looking the real deal to be honest).

    Re: Al's knee supports

Bloody hell, i get my own special thread.

Right well, i ordered sweatshop to get my some knee supports in but they never called in time for the race -so, my auntie was taking my sister to manchester so i asked her to get me some knee supports.
But, they dont match as they where the only two left in the shop, and the one on my right knee wasnt supporting my knee enough so i popped an elasticated support underneath.

Oh and, im wearing the supports for my ITB - and as for forest gump....

Im looking the real deal am i, <embarrased>

He has an injury in both knees Stolly. I've been trying to get the same one since I saw him flying up various moutains at XOTF

Al, you ran really well, as you did at ALS. You've obviously got a lot of natural raw talent and I'm sure many of us on here (including me) are interested to see how you progress
