approx 300m SW is Mam Nick, another 250m SW from here is the carpark at a junction.

Recipe B, definitely. I would swap some of the light brown sugar for demerara to give it a crunch.
I've just got back from recce'ing the southern section this morning and can give you the not-surprising news that Brown Knoll is at its most bog-like and all the water still has loads of slowly melting snow in it so you'll have few miles of very cold feet to get you going on you day out.
I was hoping to join the posse too but I'll be recovering from the Noonstone race. However, I understand that my brother, KinderSurprise got talked into it by some of his Dark Peak chums and I may stock him up with some crunchy flapjack.

I tested out my flapjack making skills on Tuesday and then bought it into work. No one's died, or gone home sick yet!!
