    What a past few days

I have been working my redundancy notice for the last couple of months when on Friday i was interviewed for a job within the company and i got it.
Suffice is to say i was delighted.
I was a bit emmotionaly drained through all of this but decided to run our local
X/C League meeting race on Sunday.
I totaly bombed and had a stinker, fair enough i suppose, but, and heres the clincher.
A little niggle of PF i was suffering is now full blown cannot stand on my foot PF.
The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.
On the scale of one to ten ,one been totaly sick and ten been not to sick at all how sick or otherwise do you think i should feel?

Hmm, well as I see it there were 4 possible alternatives here

    1 Not redundant + injured = 1
    2 Redundant + Injured = 3
    3 Not redundant + Not injured = 5
4 Redundant + not injured = 10 (but only if you have no mortgage or partner
