Not having much stomach for food, I've had 4 soups in the last 36hrs. All lentil/chickpea based.

I am producing a hell of a lot of gas. Almost worrying.

    Awful sleep quality.

Massively overheating, immediately followed by cold sweats then unable to get warm.

    Doom approaches me.
It must be going round in Tayside, a lad I work with is just back at work after having it, floored him expect not to be back running for 2-3 weeks.

Still plenty of time to get right for the LAMM.

    Best luck with it.

January was my man flu month... but I just about managed to pull through. I carried on running anyway, although I'm not sure it particularly helped speed up the recovery

    This is seeming worryingly likely.

I'm reclassifying the from 'man flu' to 'bubonic flu'

I can't even be bothered to troll.... i mean derail.... i mean make valuable contributions in the 'General Fell running' forum

There's not much chance of me running feeling like this, it's just taken 45 minutes to work up the motivation to make a Lemsip.

Oh, and I advise against consuming too many Lockets.

Anyway, back under the blankets on the sofa for some feeble whinging for me.

    It was a close call.

I'm just treating every day as a gift. No matter how much mucous is produced.
