    HH Trail Cutter

Just given these their second outing on a mix of paths round Darwen Moor. What a great shoe! I can't fault them; grip, comfort, support cushioning and protection all excellent and at £35 plus £3 postage from Pete Blands something of a bargain.

I should add that I'm 6'3", just under 12 stone and have no under or over pronation issues. However I do demand stability and grip from an off road shoe (hence I always wear Walshes for 'proper' fell) but these are close to perfect for mixed trails and paths with the odd muddy field thrown in.

Rock and Run were selling them off last year for just over £20. Bought 2 pairs! Also got some excellent trail shoes for £20 (bought 3 pairs) and the wife's size were £10 a pair.

Brilliant shop - keep looking on a weekly basis for bargains
Just depends if you can drop on the right size at the right price

I was in Pete Blands yesterday. I bought two pairs of these HH shoes (and a boot load of other stuff!) I'm a size 9 in my Inov8's but 9.5 felt good for me in the hellys. Hope this helps, will run in them later after a good sleep. Tough drive down from Fort William. They did say the sale period was nearly over!
