    No wrecks and nobody drownded

    Hooray hurrah!

    I swam a mile today, in a little under 41 minutes!

    I felt a bit wobbly, and my arms fell off carrying the shopping home. Ho hum.

    And I entered a swim-run duathlon thing. Roll on 18 March...

    Well done Mud that's a superb achievement and what's particularly remarkable is the time.
