    Re: Baa lambs

Yep lambs are about - I was in a client meeting with a client who lives in the hills above Colne on Friday afternoon. He lets the next door famer use his field for grazing and, by way of gratitude, the farmer popped in while I was there and gave my client a lamb.................. in a carrier bag all nicely chopped up and ready for roasting

I'll try to get one when they start lambing during the 4-month Flash spring-summer-autumn.

I did find a nice photo of little lamb macs, which have a bit of awwww potential: http://www.shearwell.co.uk/catalogue/shepherding.aspx

Lots in the peak now, saw a tiny one on Friday with number 23 painted on in pink dye. Obviously destined for a take-away.

    So, Ian:

Next time I see you wandering the fells with a number on am I at liberty to skewer you for a kebab van in Glossop?
