    They were at Bolton Abbey a few weeks ago. Birdsong has rally picked up this last week or so. Not spring yet, but it's on its way!

    Yes, it's the darkness rather than the cold that gets me. Although I've come off my bike on black ice twice this Winter, so maybe the cold isn't that good either.

    I agree but funnily enough I had a very enjoyable 16Km run last night in the crisp cold dark night. Got home after 21:30. Met a single mountain biker.

    They’re here; we’ve seen them and Stef has pictures. However tough life gets there’s always the lift that the first lambs of spring give us
