Well, my little munchkins. My no cake/rice/pasta/potato/bread/sugary crap eating plan is working! I eat as much as I want of all the other stuff, I've lost nearly a stone (both love handles!), running well and 2 notches in on the belt.

Is it possible? fruits can make a person fat?
I don't think so. Most of the physician advice to take fresh fruits.Whenever we are getting ill they asked for some fruits. but obviously not without our
daily food.
I really have no idea that more fruits make us fat.If so then please tell me why and how????????

my girlfriend blames most of her ailments on low blood sugar levels . never had it checked thou ! probly read it in a magazine
