just woundering if anyone knows the route of the sedbergh schools kendal winter leauge course as it a new race i want to know the route it takes anything similar to the bofra course and if its a flat or steep course cheers

I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.
The course is a cross country in the fields next to Busk Lane. If you are doing a big lap it is 1.5 miles, small laps being 1 mile, but i dont know how many laps the under 17s will be doing. Spikes are recommended, with the course being boggy, and only with one, short, steep hill. Watch out for the water jump as well!

even so, i reckon we could beat you in a team competition!
