    Sedburgh 3 Peaks 3rd March

    Anyone going up for this? I here the post race grub alone is worth the trip.


    TUE.MAR 3. SEDBERGH THREE PEAKS (R). AS. 4.30 p.m. 3m/1450' from Lockbank farm, registration at Sedbergh School Cricket Pavillion (GR SD656919). Entry free. Teams (5) free. PM. Over 14.     I'd certainly recommend it. It is a cracking route as well as some good food.

    Please let the organiser know if you are going as they need to estimate how much grub to prepare.

    I did this last year. Mr Richardson and crew couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome, and the course is a dowser as well. And yes the food is rather nice!

    Nice to meet you today Ady. Well done Will too.

    A cracking turnout of 120 runners and a well organised event as always from Sedbergh School. To send a hundred kids up the hill in those conditions was certainly character building for them. Good stuff.

    this sounds like a great race the fra should maybe consider making it a championship race with and extension for 18s and adults for the future
    I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.
