Yes i have entered it, fine well organized run, but you will not see me doing the Flem far to crowded, i am off to Lochaber to run the marathon there.

Lochaber you say. Same day as FLM eh. How about the Windermere marathon in May? I'm saying i will be doing it but havent entered it yet.

No, not entered. A shade too far for me to race now. But I reckon it's a good race to do before the FLM and just the right distance in my opinion. Twenty milers, like some do, take too much out of you before a marathon. Another good one of similar distance, the Dentdale Run, was the one I used as a build-up for London.
Incidentally, I believe my MV60 record at Coniston, set in 1996, still stands.
