i use these. they are pretty good at temperature control but wont keep you extremely warm so are good to race in.
not sure how good the compression works

sounds like there is alot of science in these tights

i tend to wear them when the temperature is really cold, they do keep you at a good temprature.but you get more benefit from them putting them on after the race for the rest of the day which takes all the aches and pains which i normally get the next day away.they also take a way the need for vaseline because you get no rubbing or chaffing at all running in them.
