I can do Sunday if that's any use. How far do you want to go?

As far as I can get before say 4pm but I would need to fit in with Egor as he can only run in the morning. Could divide a reccee into two parts or leave a car en route?

I'm travelling up for the weekend so am looking to do something on both days to make the most of the trip.

I'm a steady 8 minute miler on the roads, slow on the hills and rough stuff but working on it. Not sure how far that will get me in dales country.

After my recent experiences I'd have to say you're a lot faster than me.
I'll see how I am tomorrow but suspect my speed isn't likely to average above 4mph!

    Suggestions...
    Near the start:
    Ingleton - Dent (~20),
    Ingleton - Ingleborough - Whernside - Ingelton (~15)
Dent - Stonehouse (~?) [or Dent - Stonehouse - Dent (too much road)]
    Near the finish:
Cray / Park Rash - finish (or drop down to Kettlewell for a shorter run)

As I said... I'll see how I am tomorrow!

After my effort at Long Mynd Valleys I'm not so sure about that! 8 min miles on the fells is a long way off for me.

What happens between now and tomorrow ......... or shouldn't I ask?

I leave for the Dales at lunch time on Friday - after that I won't have internet access.

I hope your sleep cures whatever it is you are suffering from,

Thanks - I'll text mine. You'll be getting all sorts of nutters calling you now!

Beta blocker? And I'm worried about cramp! Hope it's not serious.

4mph on beta blockers can't be bad .
Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.
