Anyone have a contact number for junior coach at Calder Valley as i have tried contact thru website over the last week and no joy. I have tried general email and junior. Yes, for the English Junior Championship round 2, and Susa selection race.
Just thought your post would be more visible elsewhere, but I'm sure the forumites will find it.

How about the headstart someone got in the u16/18's today? The start was very rushed for some reason

    Re: Coiners race route

Race started bang on time by my watch as did all the others, its up to the runners to get to the start line on time. Not sure I agree about the rushed bit as I took a couple of minutes to get runners behind the line. There is no point in holding them any longer than you need to as they just edge farward. I havent managed to get on the UKA Official Starters course yet. I thought the lad in question did the decent thing and turned and jogged slowly as he recognised he had been given an unfair inadvertant advantage.

Yeah i saw this Tim orr set off 15m ahead of everyone we didnt get counted up was very rushed, they were abit behind scheadual. Tim held his hands up to say ohh thanks for waiting, apart from that blunder the races went okay i think.

Moan moan moan. Let's put this into perspective nice race. Some hill some good descending and terrain. Loads of chocolate and not a bit of road at all. Tim did slow down so no problem there, maybe wharfedale or keighley should organise a champs race next year
Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before
