Mynydd Troed - Easter Sunday

Have done the other race (Waun Fach) from here three times and last year made the start for the first time. Can anyone tell me where this race goes?

oooh it's an absolute belter, enough heavy breathing to deposit your lungs on the south face of Mynydd Troed
Starts from the fields just to the west of the A479 at Pengenffordd, straight up to the trig on M Troed, straight down the ridge until it starts to fall away L and head S, usually flagged descent down, quite steep to the Y in the minor road @ 175266. Head W down the road to Blaenau-draw farm, through farm and up the other side to follow track to trig on top of Mynydd Llangorse. Head N ish all along top, good path, all the way to minor road crossing at 161284. Cross road and up M Troed to trig then straight off top back down to start. Throw up, drink beer, an absolute classic!
