    wharfedale are in silsden yorkshire but we have a range of wednesday night social runs on the fells in and around lancashire www.wharfedaleharriers.org.uk
    I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.

    Lets get back to the main topic!

    Why not visit a few clubs training sessions and see which you feel is best for you.
    Clayton train in April on the fells from Black Hill car park near Sabden at Tuesday 6.30
