It was not quite a bargain like the other one was though certainly a good price for what it is and I cannot afford it really.

I justifty it to myself my saying I do it in memory of the great sacrifice Brett made to cycling - though this loses some of its meaning given he is still alive.

Well, I think it is an excellent price for what it is, even if you cannot really afford it, and you won't regret it...

I have recently spent too much money on bikes, but it will be well worth it!
At least I don't have a partner and/or family to take into consideration, so I can just eat cheap food and stuff for a while to make up the deficit...
