We've got Ben Fish there - he was a little off where he would like to be at Wilmslow last week but hope he has a good run.

I admire marathon runners...I think they're a different breed. I'd be bored and would slip off a set pace. Fair play

Is that a general question or directed to me?
Its been on Sundays before now. Maybe Stockport is safer on a Sunday. I know it buggers around with my long run and I havent got time to be missing them!

The 6 stage is at leeds Met Uni, so nice and local for you.

My best mate ran 2:36:26. just a few seconds outside his PB and more importantly, just outside mine so I'm safe for another 6 months or so.

Sounds like it was quite a warm day. Everyone else i know doing it was between 5 and 20 minutes slower than their target times.

just a general lament at how sunday races bugger up my tv viewing!

Leeds Met eh? That could be interesting - not sure how they'll create a road relay course out of that!
