Anyone used the above footwear if so, what did you think of them? any good? whats the best way for them to be used? mud, track, short run long runs?

I love them but if you are thinking of them for Snowdon then you'll end up with sore feet! You probably want something with a firmer sole so you don't feet the rocks. Good luck with your running
