Well I rather appreciate the soft focus - although you were probably needed a night vision lens by the time I finished!
Grok on!
Nice pics Luke (well a few of them) - you must have been standing just after the point where there was the big route decision near the end of the race. I am going to pretend that the arty shot of a runner on the horizon was me.
Great race anyway although I wished I'd worn trail shoes not Walshes as the ground was rock hard. Thanks to David Hird for the organisation.
The land at the end of our toes goes on and on and on.
That was my first ever fell race and I really enjoyed it. Already planning my next one.
Results now up on Bofra site

Who's going tonight. I'm saving my legs for the 3 Peaks, but may get suited & booted for torrential rain spectating on the steps above White Wells.
Possibly, depends how wet and miserable I get on the way home from work.... also this free route choice thing sounds dangerous, I'll have to choose who to follow wisely
But in the end, journeys brought joys that outweighed the pain - F.T.
I am planning on running. Just working out what to take with me with all the rain.
Flippers, canoe, aqualung... good luck Chris, be careful out there! :w00t:
Grok on!
Will do. Planning on carrying coat, gloves etc just to be safe and a flask of coffe ready for the finish.
