Anyone got a route description for this please?
Luke Appleyard (Wharfedale)- quick on the dissent
Steep start up a rocky track then turns into a steep boggy grass hill, run off the top through a gate turn left down a steep farm track then up through some fields until you hit pinhaw where the climbing isnt too bad more gradual runnable the odd steeper bit then turn at pinhaw summit and straight back. Great route it is fast if dry so hope it rains in time..
I ran and ran until my Muscles burned and my veins pumped battery acid, ....And then i ran some more.
About 4mile 800ft i think.

I think it's maybe 3.6,miles but it feel more of course.
Watch out for the fast lads turning and heading towards you on their way down! Practice leaping out of the way!!!
...there's a hill nearby missing its fool...
may 5th I think.
Just don't follow me when I run, navigation isn't my strength at this race. But I have seen some interesting roads and an extra village......
