I'm going to wander round and take photos :-) The ground's pretty dry at the moment and with the footpath improvements on the Pennine Way it'll be fast running.

There's another event nearby (a couple of miles away) - http://www.ukcyclocross.com/events/y...ool-crosshills so there might be a bit more traffic in that area.

I'm hoping to too, Jez, to see how my Fellsman legs are. My target is to finish before it gets dark, or at least before it starts getting light again.

I finished! That was enough for me. Did it in about 18:40ish. How did you do in the 3P's. Jez?

Hark at you two! If I'm running, I'll be trying out my 'not done much for a while' legs. But probably, I'll be marshalling.

That's brilliant Dino, well done. I was 9 mins slower than last year in 4.03. So a bit fed up to be fair. Had no speed & only just managed a sprint over the last 50 yards to beat a clubmate ! Very unsporting, I know.

Oy Macali ! Lay off, I'm a veteran 40 now & need to treat my body accordingly ! I'll hopefully be there with my son. Any idea how far the U14 race will be ? A mile or so I'm guessing ?

Another great run then, Jez. None of us is getting younger . Hope to see you tomorrow.
