long or short races i carnt fault them.
Why not using it in longer races?

Recent convert to XTalons, now use 'em for almost everything, racing/training/long/short, etc....closest shoe I've had that comes close to the minimalist, neutral shoe recommended for the ChiRunning principle..As someone said earlier a ballet shoe with 4x4 capabilities

Those kanadia shoes are pretty good.But im not sure whether they are minimal enough
