    Many thanks to everyone that helped & ran last night. Even with the football on...we had a good turnout.
    Stuart Bond and Jackie Lee won. Jackie got the ladies record by a few minutes.

    Goyt's Moss

    Next Wednesday night at 7.30pm. 6 ish very scenic miles.
    Starts at Derbyshire Bridge at the top end of the Goyt Valley.

    Race 1 of 4 race Goyt Series.
    The others races are Shining Tor, Whaley Waltz and Windgather.

    Entry to the series is automatic if you complete 3 of the 4 races (including Windgather)

    Dunno. Lloyd might, he's the webmaster. We use to advertise it as 10k back in 1999 when we set this up (actually that makes it the 10th Anniversary Race - might put in an extra loop to celebrate.)

    Seriously though, Lloyd is probably a better judge of distance than me (I'm a string on map and real ale type of guy.) So 7 miles it is.
