    Tough old day for me. Mileage is still at a good level for future events. Its only been 21 days since FLM.
    Was going ok till I had to stop 25m from the line to think about finishing it!
    Brownlee ran very well and ran a very quick first half.

    Yeah, everyone's ignored poor Brownlee (except Stagger) who ran 29:35 for 10th and was in leading group with Haile for first mile.....

    The winning time for this event seems incredibly quick. Never heard of the winner before.
