    bowland

anyone fancy a trot on 30th May Saturday, starting at fell foot 9.30 ish a.m, 12 miles, up parlic, to paddy's pole down via holme farm then up to fiensdale head, down to Langdale castle ruin then either down saddle fell back to fell foot or back via paddy's pole again. Let me know, i'll be going anyhow. Good Nav practice for peeps who are not familiar with the area
