Just seen a bit about that cheese-chasing thing on the news. Does this qualify as a down-hill only event? And have any fell-runners done it, and with what success?

I like cheese

My island is very nice
I like cheese, but I have never chased any
...but I probably would. Jacobs cracker in hand
Bit like this, you mean:

Although it's just up the road, have never done it, for obvious reasons - like I don't want to be taken away on a spinal board. The clip doesn't do the steepness of the hill justice - you get an idea from how airborne the cheese gets! Have 'run' up it in the past - it's on the route of the clubs' Cotswold Way Relay' although this actually goes around the side.
Bit difficult to hang onto your crackers!
"You gotta put a little bit of ****ing fairy dust over the bastard"
That's the funniest thing I've seen since watching the onion rolling races down Woolley Edge in my youth.
Thank you! Oh thankyou!

33 secs & 2m47 are absolute belters!! Looks like there's an uphill bit too. But I think I saw a folded number!

That'll be this one - ignore the first few seconds through the trees - gives you an idea of quite how steep the hill is!

big crowds watching, but lets face it - they're mostly there in anticipation of getting a close up of the air ambulance.

Anyone up for taking an FRA contingent next year? Show 'em how it's done?
