Help needed

Hi all,

My sister is doing her final uni project around success and failure. She's pretty much wrapped up the success side but is looking for instances of failure.

This will take less that 5 minutes I promise, but basically she just wants people to tell her (anonymously) about any failures you've had in your life, how you felt, what you learnt from it and how did it affect you?

Please could you spare the time to just leave a message on her website (below) - as I say, it's totally anonymous and it's just to help her out so please don't leave any mickey taking ones.
