    Any tips or info on this race
    Trying to plod up hills every day slightly faster than the day before

    Which race - the one on the FRA web site on the 20th or the one on the HHAC web site on the 27th

    The one on the 20th but it could just be a mix up

    Will be on the 20th (as its part of Harden Moss) - heads out towards Meltham (on paths and fields) and back I believe

    That's right, round the field, over a wall, turn right along the track, over a stile, through the woods, over several more stiles then fields onto another track. Downhill towards Meltham, at the road turn left, follow it round and uphill back onto the original track, (though it's suprising how many are so knackered they want to miss the finish and wander round the field in a daze).
