    Fabulous news.

I have had no experience of previous races at Musbury Tor but I have often thought it would be the perfect venue for a short race.

    Looking forward to it!

When you say "to the top of Tor Hill" John, do you mean it is an uphill race, or is it uphill and down again?

Sorry if it is a daft question.

its up and back down again ,sorry.......the way out along the track is the same in both directions, but route choice from the bottom of the Tor used to be a free for all..theres a path contouring 'round thats runnable, or else scramble up the steep bit Its near 2 mile an all.......Dave Lewis has the record...think he said under 9 mins.

Well I had a run this evening. Thanks to Aaron for looking after the children.

Not everyone agrees as to what is best in fell running.

But this in my opinion was fabulous.

    Thanks to the organisers.

Loads of juniors running ,with plenty of locals having a go. Win by Rossie's Ashley Kay in the main race, good run from Chris for third.
Reputedly first run in 1911, its great to see this race revived, I'ii give you a reminder next year...
