Anyone doing this race organised by Dark Peak? Bit of a sharp race for my level of experience, but it might be churlish not to do it since the start and finish is literally outside my front door.

Did a run over this course this morning. I'm sure the weather will be better this week, but I'd better sit it out - don't want to keep the timekeepers out all day. Great route though, really really tough.
I shall waft the smell of bacon butties and fresh coffe from my window just to hack you all off
Did this one last year
as the organizer said "we may as well use the hills that we have got locally, as it cuts down on travel"
quite a tough course is this, good for the climbing muscles
