    ?????

Bowland's Mike Johnson had left the Moot Hall at 2.0 am Saturday, going clockwise on an 18 hour 35 minute schedule. On every leg, he gained on that schedule; finishing, as Wynn has already stated, in 17:50:07. No time was lost on any leg. THAT is why he was going at some speed!

Andy and Louise Chammings did it together.... Andy on crutches and Louise with the biggest rucksac you have ever seen... it was a true BG each section done over a weekend with Honister to Keswick as a night section.

There is a photo of Andy comming down Halls Fell that still gives me the shivers...
    Most impressive

I feel sorry for his pacers.

Well done to everyone who completed this weekend. There was a heavy downpour in Kendal on saturday afternoon and i was thinking of all of you out there as i trudged my way round Morrisons.

    Dave Harrison complete in 23:50
after gains on the first 3 legs he was 38 minutes up on a 22:45 schedule when he left Dunmail
The advantage was gone by the time he reached Threlkeld with hip-flexors tying up. From there it was gritted teeth and mental strength to complete inside 24hrs.
But then thats's what its about...
    Good effort.

Don't know how the other 2 guys ended up. Our group had caught them by Dunmail, they looke d to be going fine on leaving.

Well done to all, 17:50 is an awe inspiring time, I ran a couple of the legs whilst recceing in sub 20hr schedule time and its tough, to keep going at that pace is fantastic. Well done
