    TBH, creating sperm is not the most difficult thing to do in the world. I don't have a PhD, but I do have some expertise in this area. I've served an apprenticeship, if you like.

    If the egg is then fertilised in a test-tube and the embryo is grown in an artificial womb, then both men and women would become redundant.

    Sex would then be like fell running - it gives a lot of pleasure to its participants but it is nor required for the procreation of the human race.
