    Wow, they're beautiful photos, looks an awesome course! Quite interesting how a lot of (mostly the top) runners don't carry any kit - I know in a hundred miler at that level of competitiveness that every little counts, but looking at how treacherous a lot of those trails are, it seems it would be so easy to get injured miles away from a checkpoint and be stuck without any emergency gear.... Or maybe I just worry about these things too much
    But in the end, journeys brought joys that outweighed the pain - F.T.
