    in all my bags i have a business card of mine, with a note on hte back saying in case of emergency to contact my other half with his number, and a note on medical stuff. Its laminated, and stays in my bag.

    I have my Park run bar code with ICE info printed on a plastic tag which is attached to every bumbag I own.

    that's a great idea, just curious, does your phone have a password/pin lock? what happens if the battery runs out?

    Nice reminder thanks - got a road-id but the rubber bracelet snapped a few months ago, so have been running with no id - just ordered 2 new ones

    In light of Stolly and my recent medical issues, I think ID would be a very good idea! We both run alone in the hills a lot (well, I will again when I'm better!). I used to carry an old credit card with me as ID but those bands look good.

    I always make sure it's well charged (ie with a good 24 hrs left on it) and the ICE info is clearly available without going through the pattern lock code.

    Ive got a if you fin this phone please contact (home number)

    this shows behind the pin screen so no need to unlock.

    Infact I lost my phone on bleaklow earlier this year whilst teaching on a nav course. by the time I got home a DofE group had found it and rang me up. I picked the phone up the following morning from their camp...

    However my phone also has quick snap so I can take pictures with out un locking the screen....I leave the rest to you imagination....young scamps
