    X-Talon™ 240 walking boot/

Has anyone tried 'the worlds lightest boot'?

My II have you have the plesure? - is the sizing the same as the 212's do you know...i take a 10.5

Im off up to sunny scotland to bag some massive mountains in the summer and need some decent walking boot....and didnt want to give the robbing gits that are cotswold outdoors my money...and would rather give it to good old Inov if there's talons are as good at the 212's.

I've got the roclite390GTXs . They seem to be a good , light all rounder and the tread doesn't wear out too quick . I wonder if the tread on the xtalon 240boot would last as long ? Especially on those rocky mountains .

On another thread Inov8insider said they were bringing out the worlds lightest leather walking boot . It may be worth waiting for those . Or the roclite288GTX .

You don't need boots for Scotland, if you are used to walking and running in fells shoes then just wear them. If you are going to play on Skye then, and only then, it might be worth considering boots.
