Hey mate, hope you had a good run today, was at a family 21st party over in Blackpool, and ended up getting roped into some drinking games which ended at 3am, whoops! Was supposed to come home last night, but only just returned!

Will be back a few weekends in August though, so we'll rearrange!

Not to worry, it got me out there anyway. 7.5mi 2,400ft in just under 2hrs. Like I said, v slow, but it's a start. That time will start to tumble. *crosses fingers*

Hey SS, would love to but cant make it weekends, if it were a weekday I can work around that if you let me know a preferred day, be good to meet you and get out while you are still getting fit ,else you'll be too strong for me.....

New job means weekdays is a struggle, but I'll let you know if I get the chance. Don't worry about me being too strong for ya: never gonna happen! Besides, on social runs, I always wait.
