C'est la vie. Will have to make up for this missed opportunity later.
Turns out I really did miss an opportunity: parents have rockd up earlier than planned. Bah!

Good job no-one wanted to come out to play. So no running for me this weekend.

Feeling pretty tired now mate, so will have to give this a miss sorry! I was planning on having tomorrow as a rest day anyways, so will stick to that.

Enjoy your run! Will be extra frosty up there tomorrow morning!

Just glanced at this post and thought you said you drove an XR2! I was about to ask if it was a Mk1 or 2, don't see many of them around now all the kids are in Corsas and Saxos. We're even at the stage where i'd consider owning a Nova 1.4SR 75 BHP goes a long way in something that weighs about as much as a fart and i think they're tastefully old skool these days.

Haha, I do drive a Corsa, but its definitely factory standard, and knee deep in mud.....thats inside =)

Years of bikes/boots/trainers/gardening tools have seen to that....I really should have got a 4X4!

Great little workhorse, although I think its taking its toll on the poor little thing!

Aye how was the run SS? I made it up onto Pendle around 10am for a walk with the mutts, saw plenty of runners out, alot with mutts as well!
