It was an awesome day out in no small part made possible by Peter, Steve, Steve and Karl. Thanks for your support guys. Now, if anyone has a cure for pain in every joint in the body...

get your self to the physios for a recovery massage and drink loads (water!!) to help flush out the crap from your muscles which I would imagine are really feeling it now.

Oh and well done. I know what it's like to spend 24 hours in the rain Not pleasant

Well done folks... sounds as though the weather was against you but you knuckled down... quite an acheivement. Enjoy some well earned rest and I am sure those aches are the agreeable type.
