For this year at least I was aiming to go by age on the day of race. There will be U12, U14 and U16 categories.

As far as I am aware there has never been an official U18 category for this race, but on the entry form you need to confirm you are over 16. To be honest I can't think that we had any U18 runners in the race last year.

Its a shame there is no u/18 catagory a prize would be nice
